SMS messaging
LeonVox is an AI phone receptionist operated by Aslan AI Systems. When you ask for it during a call or on a LeonVox online reservation page, LeonVox can text you information about the order, reservation or appointment you just made. This page explains how the text message program works.
Program description
Program name: LeonVox order and booking updates.
Messages are transactional and relate only to something you requested: order confirmations and pickup details, reservation and appointment confirmations or changes, payment links for purchases you started, and service notices about those requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
How you opt in
Text messages are sent only after you agree in one of two ways.
During a phone call
After your order, reservation or appointment is confirmed, the LeonVox assistant asks:
“Would you like a text confirmation? By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS order and booking updates from LeonVox. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. May we text you at the number you are calling from?”
The assistant reads this statement in full before asking. Messages are sent only if you say yes. We record your phone number, your answer, the time of the call and the call ID. Consent is not a condition of any purchase; you can always receive your confirmation verbally or by email instead.
Right after you agree, we send one confirmation text: “LeonVox: You have agreed to receive SMS order and booking updates from LeonVox. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
On an online reservation page
When you book a table on a LeonVox online reservation page, an optional checkbox is shown unchecked next to this statement:
“I agree to receive SMS reservation updates from LeonVox for this restaurant. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent is optional and is not required to book. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.”
Messages are sent only if you check the box. You can book without it. We record your phone number, the time, the reservation and the version of the statement you agreed to, and then send the same one-time confirmation text described above.
Rich messages (RCS)
If your phone and carrier support RCS (Rich Communication Services), the same messages may arrive as rich messages from the verified LeonVox business profile instead of plain SMS. Rich messages can include the name of the business you ordered from or booked with, images and buttons such as “Pay now” or “View order”. They are covered by the same consent, frequency, STOP and HELP terms on this page. If RCS is not available, you receive the plain SMS version.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your requests, usually one to three messages per order or booking. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for help, or email support@leonvox.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
