Is it available now?
Restaurant reservations and ordering are in early access. We are onboarding a limited number of restaurants and set up each workflow together.
Does LeonVox take payments?
No. LeonVox takes the order and confirms it with the guest. Payment happens at pickup, the way it does today.
Does it connect to my POS or printer?
Not yet. During early access, orders arrive on a kitchen screen that your staff accepts.
Can guests order for delivery?
Early access focuses on pickup orders and table reservations. If you deliver with your own staff, tell us in your demo request.
What happens when a person is needed?
Your team can review outcomes and take over exceptions, callbacks and other handoffs. Anything outside the menu and rules you approve goes to your team.
How much does it cost?
Service starts at $199 per month, with $499 one-time setup, for one location and one agreed workflow. Phone, messaging, AI usage and third-party service charges are additional. All prices are in USD, before applicable taxes. We confirm the scope and estimated total cost in your proposal before you proceed.
