Data deletion
You can request deletion of personal information held by Aslan AI Systems, the operator of LeonVox. You do not need a LeonVox account to make a request.
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@leonvox.com with the subject LeonVox data deletion request.
- Tell us whether your request concerns an inquiry, a demo, a business account or a Meta/WhatsApp connection. Include the email address or phone number involved, the relevant business and an approximate date where helpful.
- Describe the information you want removed. Business administrators may include the business account or WhatsApp Business Account identifier if known. Do not include access tokens, passwords, payment details or unnecessary identity documents.
What happens next
We review the request, ask for proportionate verification where needed, and identify the information within our control. Where we process the records for another business, we coordinate with that business. We will tell you the outcome or explain any information we cannot remove and why, subject to applicable law.
Requests are handled through our privacy mailbox rather than an automatic deletion tool. We respond within the time limits required by applicable law. You can follow up in the same email conversation.
Meta and WhatsApp connections
An authorized administrator can manage or revoke permissions in Meta’s business integration settings. Removing permissions and deleting stored information are separate actions; email us to request deletion of information retained by LeonVox.
A request to LeonVox does not delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account, your device’s chat history or records independently held by Meta or a business you contacted. Use those services’ own controls for their records.
Retention exceptions
Limited information may need to be retained for applicable obligations, security purposes or legal claims. Backup and provider copies may follow separate deletion schedules. We will explain relevant limitations when handling your request.
